UPDATED IU VAX MANDATE

Do you object to receiving a mandated and experimental COVID-19 vaccine?

Indiana University is mandating that all students on all campuses receive a COVID-19 vaccination (and any CDC-recommended future boosters) beginning with the Fall 2021 semester. However, there are limited exemptions which you may request.
Read the IU Requirements

  • Are you or do you have an IU student who has a religious objection to being vaccinated? If so, the student should apply for a religious exemption.
  • Are you or do you have an IU student who has a medical objection to being vaccinated? If so, the student should apply for a medical exemption or deferral.
  • Are you or do you have an IU student who has has been infected by the virus already and does not want to be vaccinated? If so, the student should apply for a medical deferral.
  • Are you or do you have an IU student who objects to the vaccination and who is not applying for an exemption or deferral?
